Autogram uses third-party AI models to process your content, including text analysis, image recognition, audio transcription, and document parsing. Your content may be sent to these AI providers for processing. We select providers with strong privacy practices, and your content is not used to train third-party AI models.
When you use Autogram's messaging features, your phone number and message content are processed through third-party messaging providers (such as Twilio). These providers may retain metadata as required by their own policies and applicable telecommunications regulations. Your phone number is stored in our database to associate incoming messages with your account.
SMS Consent & Phone Number Privacy. Your phone number and SMS consent information will not be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Phone numbers collected for SMS messaging are used solely to provide the Autogram service.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service and message delivery, is permitted. All other use-case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
By providing your mobile phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages from Autogram related to your account and service updates. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties for promotional use.
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except for aggregators and providers of the text message services.
We may share your phone number only with service providers that help deliver SMS messages on our behalf.
Files you upload or send via messaging are stored securely using encrypted cloud storage. Access to your files is restricted to your authenticated account. We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, strict access controls, regular security reviews, and secure authentication practices. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We do not sell, share, or disclose your personal information to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We share data only in the following limited circumstances necessary to operate the Service:

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete content, it is removed from active systems within 30 days. Backup copies may persist for up to 90 days. Upon account deletion, all associated data is scheduled for permanent removal.
Autogram uses essential cookies for authentication and session management. We may use analytics tools to understand usage patterns and improve the Service. We do not use advertising cookies or trackers.
Autogram is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
