By creating an account or using Autogram ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Autogram reserves the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Autogram is a personal knowledge capture and retrieval platform. The Service allows you to:
To use Autogram, you must create an account with a valid username, email address, and phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it if it changes.
You retain full ownership of all content you submit to Autogram, including text messages, images, videos, audio recordings, and documents ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant Autogram a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
AI-generated outputs — such as summaries, tags, entity extractions, and knowledge graph connections — are derived from your User Content and are provided to you as part of the Service. You may use these outputs freely.
Scott Shiao | Autogram provides an SMS-based knowledge capture service. When you opt in to SMS, you may receive conversational messages including automated note confirmations, AI-generated summaries, and answers to questions about your stored knowledge.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to +1 (415) 888-9768. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at support@getautogram.com.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on your usage. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
If you have any questions regarding privacy, please read our Privacy Policy.
Autogram uses third-party AI models to process your content. This processing may include text analysis, image recognition, audio transcription, and document parsing. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated outputs may contain errors or inaccuracies. You should not rely on AI outputs as the sole source of truth for critical decisions.
Autogram supports uploading images, videos, audio files, and documents. File size limits and supported formats may change over time. Autogram is not a backup service — you are responsible for maintaining your own copies of important files.
You agree not to use Autogram to:
Autogram reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Your User Content is stored for as long as your account is active. You may delete individual notes, sources, or your entire account at any time. Upon account deletion, we will remove your data from our active systems within 30 days, though residual copies may persist in backups for a limited period.
Autogram is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss of data, inaccuracies in AI-generated content, or interruptions to the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Autogram may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes.
If you have questions about these Terms, please contact us at support@getautogram.com.
